Who do we serve?
The Law Office of Paul V. Balducci is proud to have served hundreds of clients locally, nationally, and internationally. We represent people from around the world and have successfully helped clients from countries in Central and South America, the Caribbean, Canada, both Western and Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Pacific Islands.
What sorts of cases do we take?
Our office handles all types of immigration matters and are experienced in a wide range of visa petitions for fiancés, spouses, family members, immigrant and nonimmigrant workers, and investors. We also handle cases of deportation and removal before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) and have been able to help many of our clients stop these proceedings and stay in the U.S.
As an office staffed by lawful permanent residents and first-generation U.S. citizens, we understand that people are more than just “immigrants.” People immigrating to this country find themselves in many different legal situations. Sometimes these legal issues can affect a person’s immigration status, and sometimes they do not; the relationship we develop with our clients gives them the confidence to come to us for them all. As a result, our office provides the following services for our immigration clients:
Adoption & Guardianship
Child Custody & Support
Corporate & Business Law
Our clients know Mr. Balducci takes only those cases he feels he can expertly manage, and happily refers clients with unique situations to other respected attorneys in the area who specialize.
